You will work with the Residence Director and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care, promoting independence, community involvement, and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading residential care teams.
• Ability to implement Individual Support Plans.
• Commitment to person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Residence Director with daily residence operations.
• Oversee and train residential staff, modeling best practices.
• Lead teams to promote collaboration, problem-solving, and positive communication.
• Provide on-call coverage, including weekends as needed.
• Support residents in learning life skills and community engagement.
