Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation in Beverly, MA is seeking an Assistant Residence Director to support daily residential operations and help individuals with developmental disabilities thrive in their communities.

You will supervise residential staff, assist the Residence Director, and participate in on-call coverage, ISP implementation, health monitoring, and coordinating with families and external providers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in residential care or supervision preferred.
• MAP certification or willingness to obtain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Residence Director with daily residential operations.
• Supervise and train residential staff, modeling best practices.
• Provide on-call coverage, including occasional weekends.
• Support residents in learning life skills and community engagement.
• Monitor health, medications, and ISP implementation in accordance with guidelines.
• Maintain safe living spaces and coordinate with families and external providers.
