Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking an Assistant Residence Director to support day-to-day operations of residential programs. The role involves leadership, supervising staff, and ensuring person-centered supports that promote independence and community involvement.

You will work with the Residence Director and a multidisciplinary team, oversee daily operations, and assist with administrative duties. Starting pay is $22.50/hr with location-based differentials and MAP certification bonuses;

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED/HiSET required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Residence Director with daily residence operations supervision.
• Supervise and train residential staff, modeling best practices in care and support.
• Provide on-call coverage, including some weekends and RD vacation coverage.
• Support residents in learning life skills and community engagement.
• Monitor health, nutrition, and medications per guidelines.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly residential spaces.
• Engage families and external providers to support residents.
• Assist with budgeting, records, and certifications.
