Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking an Assistant Residence Director to support daily residence operations and supervise staff. You will promote independence and community engagement for individuals with developmental disabilities, under the Residence Director's guidance.

Starting pay is $22.50/hour with location-based differentials. Additional MAP certification incentives apply; full-time benefits include health insurance, retirement match, loan assistance, tuition support, and generous paid time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license (Class C or D1) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Residence Director with daily residence operations.
• Supervise and train residential staff, modeling best practices in care.
• Provide on-call coverage, including some weekends and RD vacation coverage.
• Support residents in learning life skills and community engagement.
• Monitor health, medications, appointments, and ISP implementation.
• Maintain safe, clean residential spaces and document progress.

Seven Hills is seeking a dedicated Assistant Residence Director to support the day-to-day operations of our residential programs and help individuals with developmental disabilities thrive in their communities. This role provides hands-on leadership experience and opportunities to develop skills for future operations management.As an Assistant Residence Director, you’ll work closely with the Residence Director and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered support while promoting independence, community involvement, and personal growth for the individuals we serve.Starting pay is $22.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour.
