Seven Hills is seeking a dedicated Assistant Residence Director to support the day-to-day operations of our residential programs and help individuals with developmental disabilities thrive in their communities. This role provides hands-on leadership experience and opportunities to develop skills for future operations management.
As an Assistant Residence Director, you’ll work closely with the Residence Director and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered support while promoting independence, community involvement, and personal growth for the individuals we serve.
Starting pay is $22.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non–Franklin Street programs on Martha’s Vineyard.
All asleep hours are paid at $17.50/hour.
