Job summary

ServisFirst is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to perform financial analysis for loan requests and support Bank Officers in underwriting and documentation.

Responsibilities include generating spreads and term sheets, building loan profiles in nCino, coordinating with clients to obtain financials, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires a Finance/Accounting degree and 2 years of related experience, plus strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Two years of related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Attention to detail and data analysis skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• RMA and Moody training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis of credit for new and existing clients and prospects.
• Generate spreads, term sheets, and underwriting information for loan requests.
• Determine loan terms based on credit strength and repayment ability.
• Build profiles and loan requests in nCino for approval.
• Request financial information from clients and prepare memos for approvals.
• Track maturities and assist with closing process and documentation.
• Attend sales appointments with Officers as requested.
• Support Loan Officers and Credit Officers with various functions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
