We are seeking an Assistant Registrar at the Atlanta campus. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, with excellent communication and organizational skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

The Assistant Registrar will be part of the administrative team, responsible for supporting prospective students and new enrollments. Reporting to the Registrar, they will collaborate with the Director of Student Success and Director of Admissions to deliver high-quality services to students.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with post-secondary records processes and systems (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of CampusVue (preferred)
  • Ability to maintain student records, evaluate unofficial transcripts, and assist in event planning
  • Organizational and technological skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Understanding of curriculum planning, including prerequisites, co-requisites, and credit transferability
