Willow Bridge is currently hiring for an experienced Assistant Regional Property Manager to oversee the financial performance and physical integrity of assigned communities. Responsibilities
  1. Maximize the financial performance of the property
  2. Maintain the physical integrity of assigned communities
  3. Frequently visit and inspect sites
  4. Prepare owner reporting packages including Budgets/Business Plans, Marketing strategies, and Monthly Owner Reports
  5. Monitor/analyze monthly financial performance, rent variations, and maintain market intelligence
  6. Communicate pertinent information and primary issues with ownership
  7. Assure compliance with WBPC policies
  8. Review and inspect all Capital Replacement Plans
  9. Assure adherence to all government regulations including Fair Housing, Equal Employment Opportunity, ADA, OSHA, and Plaintiff Liability
  10. Recruit and retain site employees, ensure training benchmarks are met
  11. Monitor marketing plans and make adjustments as necessary
  12. Oversee resident relations & Social Media objectives
  13. Supervise all aspects of the lease up efforts
  14. Review leasing & occupancy activity to meet budget/proforma expectations
  15. Review and approve resident retention and renewal programs
Qualifications
  1. High School Education or equivalent required. College degree and Industry Certifications preferred
  2. High Rise, Lease up & New construction experience required
  3. CPM or CPM candidate preferred
  4. 5 years minimum experience in a multi-site supervisory role
  5. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
  6. Property Management Software experience (Yardi preferred)
  7. This role MAY require a valid driver's license
