Description
Clay is seeking an Assistant Regional Operations Manager to join our team!
The Assistant Regional Operations Manager (AROM) handles administrative duties and office procedures at regional clinics. Responsibilities include supporting the Regional Operations Manager (ROM), supervising staff, managing office coverage, and reviewing provider documents. The role acts as the leadership contact for the locations.
Responsibilities include:
- Streamlining administrative processes within the region.
- Being the primary support contact for staff.
- Managing document uploads and missing records.
- Gathering feedback on provider reports.
- Preparing utilization data reports.
- Addressing vendor requests for ancillaries.
- Ensuring accurate record uploads to systems and vendors.
- Traveling to clinics as needed for training or coverage.
- Building relationships with clients, teams, and vendors.
- Upholding OSHA, HIPAA, and ADA standards.
- Improving office systems and policies with ROM approval.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- Associates or bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration/Management (preferred).
- 3-5+ years' experience in healthcare administration or management.
- Strong budgeting skills.
- Conflict management expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and general business software.
- Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Adaptability to change.
