Go Store It - Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Regional Manager for Orlando, FL. This role supports daily property operations, assists with applicant communication, and ensures a clean, secure, and well-maintained site.

You will train new hires, supervise unit status, and help customers on site. The position emphasizes hands-on maintenance tasks, guest service, and maintaining high standards across the property.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with initial contact to applicants following specific interview aid.
• Training new hires following training manually.
• Updating unit status.
• Adjusting rates.
• Handling customer escalations not related to employee complaints.
• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you’re proud to be part of.
