SmartStop Self Storage in Carrollton, GA is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for Store #1509. This role focuses on leasing storage, managing a team, and ensuring smooth daily operations with no night shifts.

The candidate will handle rental agreements, process transactions, maintain site cleanliness, promote storage solutions, and support on-site projects. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30am-6:00pm; Sat 9:00am-4:00pm; Sun 10:00am-2:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
