Sunrise Senior Living seeks an experienced Assistant General Counsel (Transactional) to support Real Estate, Development, and Asset Management teams. Provide strategic legal guidance on complex real estate transactions and development projects, draft and negotiate agreements, and oversee diligence.

Qualificações
- 6-7 years legal experience in corporate, real estate, or finance law
- Background in transactional and development work preferred
- Active bar license in good standing
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and drafting skills
- Sound legal and business judgment
- Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
- Senior living or hospitality industry experience preferred
Responsabilidades
- Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions and development projects
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, LOIs, financings, and management contracts
- Support joint ventures, asset acquisitions, and portfolio transactions
- Oversee title and survey diligence processes
- Advise senior leaders on corporate, contract, and compliance matters
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align legal strategy with business goals
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
