Where will you be working?
Defence and adjacent markets - managing reactive and planned maintenance and upgrades on defence properties, airfields, military bases, ports, railway infrastructure, and depots.
What will you be doing?
You’ll support Quantity Surveyors with contract reviews, procurement of sub-contract packages, and accurate measurement and valuation of works and variations. You’ll assist in preparing valuations, invoices, estimates, and monthly reports, ensuring timely notifications of changes and contract compliance. Regular site visits will help track progress and identify opportunities. You’ll manage subcontractor payments, support cash-flow forecasting, and contribute to commercial reporting. Strong communication and collaboration with site and operations teams are essential, along with maintaining stakeholder relationships and staying current with industry standards. You’ll also help ensure KPIs are met, recovery is maximized, and all commercial processes—from EWNs to Work Order closeouts—are completed efficiently.
