Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring an Assistant Personal Training Manager to lead a high-performance PT team, drive client acquisition and retention, and oversee programming and staffing.

You will partner with the Personal Training Manager, manage dotFIT program and supplements, schedule sessions, and uphold high service standards while supporting the club's growth. This role includes CPR/AED, 1-2 years PT experience, and management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of personal training experience required.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Prior management experience leading a team of 3-10 employees preferred.
• Experience executing plans and managing KPIs required.
• Must have basic understanding of fitness industry, market and key business drivers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and fitness expertise of all PT team members
• Meet both new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the club
• Administer the CrunchOne Kickoff experience through demonstrating, coaching, and guiding with the goal of acquiring personal training clients
• Ability to drive Crunch One Kickoff appointments and achieve weekly and monthly new client targets
• Counsel and guide members using the 4 Pillars of Fitness - Nutrition, Movement, Supplementation and Coaching and Accountability, in a manner consistent with their goals
• Ensure accurate administration of PT services including, but not limited to; dotFIT program and supplements, client programming, and progress tracking
• Isolate, align, and direct resources informed by KPIs & organizational priorities with PTM assistance
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to all member inquiries within 24 hours
• Report to the Managing Partner and Personal Training Manager on key results and action plans
• Attend all required meetings/trainings for PT staff
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on client goals and milestones, to include tracking progress, follow up, and on-going support
• Inform members of all fitness tools and programs available to assist in achieving goals
• Demonstrate safe and proper exercise techniques to clients and all members of facility
• Assist in member service activities, such as fitness seminars, boot camps, body fat tables
• Design comprehensive fitness programs using company-provided tools (i.e. dotFIT)
• Schedule all personal training sessions, appointments, and administration time using company systems
• Execution on Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Personal Trainer Business Plan
• Meet minimum company expectations, to include session service targets, Personal Training revenue, supplement/nutritional sales, and overall contributions to club success
