The Union County Prosecutor's Office seeks an experienced attorney to serve as Assistant Prosecutor. This role involves performing legal research; drafting, reviewing, and filing pleadings; attending court hearings, prosecuting cases on behalf of the State of Ohio, and representing County public officials and Township officials in civil matters.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Legal research and writing proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research; draft, review, and file pleadings.
• Represent the State of Ohio in trials and hearings.
• Advise County and Township officials on civil matters.
• Attend court hearings and handle civil litigation tasks.
