Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and analyze legal issues.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings; represent the State of Ohio in trials and hearings.
• Interview witnesses and provide legal opinions; review contracts for county officials.
• Represent County and Township officials in civil matters and litigation.
• Attend meetings and provide legal advice to clients and public entities.
• Maintains required licensure and continuing education requirements.
