The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Property Manager in maintaining the physical asset and overall property operations and administrative functioning in accordance with the company’s objectives. The Assistant Manager should be a self-starter, who understands multifamily management and can apply sound judgment to make property decisions to deliver the superior level of service defined by Borger Residential.
