Aufgaben

• Manage delinquent accounts and implement collections procedures.
• Process and track rent payments to ensure timely collection.
• Develop strategies to reduce delinquency rates.
• Negotiate payment plans with tenants.
• Prepare collection notices and eviction filings as needed.
• Inspect vacant units and complete daily reports.
• Assist with leasing, including property tours and move-ins.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and company policies.
• Provide updates to the Property Manager.
