Westover Property Management Company Lp in Langhorne, PA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Property Manager and Regional Manager. The role includes renewing leases, coordinating marketing-driven retention efforts, and ensuring timely rent collection.

Ideal candidates will have CALP preferred, strong communication, and proficiency with Yardi/OneSite; Entrata knowledge is a plus. Evening/weekend availability and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in property management or similar setting.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Able to lead teams and coordinate with managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Generate and complete resident renewals.
• Plan and execute resident retention campaigns with Marketing.
• Assist Property Manager and Regional Manager with tasks as needed.
• Ensure rents and late fees are collected and posted timely.
• Initiate necessary legal actions per state and company guidelines.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Confirm leases and paperwork are completed accurately and timely.
• Maintain resident files digitally and physically.
