Flow is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to handle daily financial transactions, rent collection, and reporting for a vibrant multifamily and hotel property portfolio. You’ll support leasing, resident relations, and property operations while partnering with accounting to ensure accuracy and timely deposits.

You’ll engage with residents to enhance the living experience, coordinate with maintenance and vendors, and help drive revenue and occupancy goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years in property management, leasing, or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of rental contracts and Fair Housing laws preferred.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage rent collection and postings; prepare daily deposits and financial reports.
• Oversee leasing processes, show units, process applications and renewals.
• Address resident inquiries and enforce community policies to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintenance to keep property in top condition.
• Support budget management and cost-saving initiatives.
