Trinity Property Consultants in Memphis, TN seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and financial performance of a multifamily property. You will partner with the Property Manager to deliver an exceptional resident experience, manage leasing, collections, and administrative tasks, while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of multifamily residential property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; professional certifications encouraged.
• Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, ADP; experience with Yardi, Entrata, Celeri, EliseAI and Asana is a bonus.
• Strong customer service, leasing, and collections skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and post rent payments in accordance with company standards.
• Assist with collections, including past-due balances and former resident accounts.
• Maintain all resident files and financial transactions.
• Assist with market surveys and competitive analysis.
• Show, lease, and assist with move-ins for prospective residents.
• Process rental applications, renewals, and move-out documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors for service quality.
