Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and financial performance of a multifamily property. You will partner with the Property Manager to deliver a premier resident experience, maintain operational excellence, and assist with leasing, collections, and administration.

The role requires a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional with at least 2 years in multifamily property management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily residential property management is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; industry certifications (CAM, CPM, RMP, CMCA) are preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and SharePoint; experience with Yardi, Entrata, Celeri, EliseAI and Asana is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, post rent payments and process transactions.
• Assist with collections, including past-due balances and former resident accounts.
• Maintain accurate resident files and financial records.
• Assist with market surveys and competitive analysis.
• Show, lease and move-ins; process rental applications and renewals.
