In your role at CubeSmart Self-Storage, you will manage and maintain your property, requiring skills in customer service and property maintenance.

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for:

Customer Service:

• Developing customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing solutions while delivering excellent service.
• Interacting face-to-face with customers, providing service, and building rapport.
• Meeting sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property for lock checks and unit showings.
• Renting storage spaces, selling merchandise, managing leasing, accepting payments via POS, completing deposits, and making courtesy calls on late payments.

Property Maintenance:

• Performing daily walks, cleaning units and property, opening/closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs).
• Maintaining the facility including mopping, sweeping, changing bulbs, and light activities.
• Ensuring the storage facility is clean and safe, meeting company standards.

Qualifications

You’d be great in this role if you have…

• A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Basic computer skills.

Additional information:

• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder.

The hourly rate is $20.59-$22.31, depending on experience.

*Some locations may require Sunday hours
