• Customer Service: Develop customer relationships, interact face-to-face, meet sales goals, perform property tours, manage leasing, accept payments, and follow up on late payments.
• Property Maintenance: Conduct property walks, clean units and common areas, perform light repairs, and ensure the property meets safety and cleanliness standards.
