WinnCompanies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Louis Barett Residences in Lynn, MA. You will support the Property Manager with leasing, resident relations, rent collections, and financial admin for a 145-unit senior housing community.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule 8:30 AM–5:00 PM and a pay range of $26.00–$29.00 per hour. This is a pathway to growth in multifamily housing with strong benefits and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to 1 year in property management, leasing, or related field.
• Up to 1 year supervisory/leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based apps.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of a multifamily community with a focus on resident service and efficiency.
• Assist leasing activities including tours, applications, recertifications, and renewals.
• Monitor rent collections, post payments, and manage delinquency as needed.
• Respond to resident concerns to maintain positive relations.
• Prepare financial reports, notices, and property documentation.
• Process purchase orders and accounts payable transactions.
• Act as Property Manager in the Manager's absence when needed.
