MAA Hamilton in Chattanooga is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, rent collection, and day-to-day property operations. You will handle resident inquiries, post payments, and coordinate move-outs while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Assistant Property Manager and/or Leasing experience.
• Bookkeeping skills and/or experience.
• High school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent and ancillary fees from residents, including delinquent accounts.
• Post income and deposits to resident ledgers.
• Inspect apartment homes after move-out and document condition.
• Provide sales and customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Lease apartments and manage the leasing process.
• Provide office management and support to property staff.
