Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2–3 years of related experience.
• Prior property management or sales/customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist leasing, collections, resident services under the Property Manager’s guidance.
• Support maintenance oversight and vendor coordination to uphold property standards.
• Maintain accurate resident records, process deposits, and track renewals.
• Assist in monthly reporting on renewals, rents, leasing, and retention.
