Job summary

Cottonwood Residential in Winston-Salem, NC is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for Morgan Ridge Apartments. You will provide in-person resident assistance with rent payments, coordinate leasing activities, and help maintain resident files.

The role requires leasing or sales experience, strong communication and multitasking, basic accounting knowledge, and weekend availability. Entrata Core is a plus; knowledge of housing laws is preferred.

Qualifications

• Leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience desired.
• Exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Good understanding of basic accounting practices.
• Entrata Core experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is preferred.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Providing in-person assistance and service to residents with regards to the payment of rent, fees, and other charges.
• Coordinating leasing and resident activities.
• Responsible for maintaining up-to-date resident files, managing delinquencies, and preparing and delivering legal and formal documents.
• May occasionally assume responsibility for the community when the Property Manager is unavailable or absent.
