Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring an Assistant Property Manager in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on leasing, resident relations, and daily property operations to sustain occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

You will assist with renewals, rent collection, and marketing efforts while coordinating with maintenance and leasing teams to ensure smooth property performance and a positive resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.

• Develop and track marketing strategies, ads, and promotions.
• Manage rent collections, late notices, and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments, and models.
• Inspect property for policy violations, repairs, and landscaping.
