Job summary

Morgan Properties in State College, PA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations under the Property Manager, including leasing, collections and resident services. You will help maintain high property standards and deliver exceptional service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of related experience and/or training.
• Prior experience in property management or managerial experience in a sales/customer service role.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for traveling between properties.

Responsibilities

• Address delinquent accounts and eviction proceedings as needed.
• Follow up on delinquencies and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Handle activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, lease renewals and resident insurance.
• Schedule appointments for prospects and residents.
• Maintain accurate resident records including lease dates, charges and credits.
• Process security deposits and ensure positive resident relations.
• Promote resident retention programs and address resident concerns promptly.
