Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; professional knowledge of business discipline is required.
• Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Registered Housing Specialist license.
• Knowledge of Manufactured Housing Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Regularly meet with residents to receive rent payments.
• Show available units to interested parties.
• Protect and enhance the community's value.
• Coordinate operational activities, leasing, and marketing.
• Represent the property owner to tenants and the public.

Skills

Ability to multi-task

Strong sales and excellent customer service skills

Communicates well both verbally and in writing

Strong administrative skills and problem solving ability

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Registered Housing Specialist license
