First Pointe Management Group in Davis, CA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and drive occupancy at our 176-unit community. You will partner with the Property Manager to optimize financial performance, handle resident relations, and coordinate leasing activity.

The role requires 1-2 years of experience at a busy property (150+ units), training in Fair Housing, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software such as Yardi and Rent Café.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager for a 150+ unit property.
• Knowledge and formal training of Fair Housing Rules and Regulations.
• Computer skills: MS Office and property management software (Yardi, Rent Café) preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with residents, owners and vendors.
• Strong verbal and written communication and a professional work ethic.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with daily operations and financial performance.
• Engage in leasing by advertising and conducting resident tours to drive occupancy.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address inquiries.
• Support budgeting, reporting and overall community management.
• Coordinate with residents, owners and vendors to maintain property standards.
• Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–6pm.
