Davis Development is seeking an experienced Property Manager to own the on-site operations and drive financial performance for our luxury communities. You will lead an on-site team, coordinate with leasing to implement marketing plans, and ensure a high standard of service for residents.

The role emphasizes owner-operator mindset, strong leadership, and strategic use of financial reports to optimize occupancy and performance.

Qualifications

• Three years or more of Property Manager experience preferred.
• Property lease up experience preferred.
• Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with individuals of varying backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a high-quality on-site team through coaching/training and leadership.
• Collaborates with leasing team to develop marketing plans and sales strategies.
• Leads daily/weekly inspirational team meetings to excel in a competitive market.
• Maintains thorough property knowledge of the community and competition.
• Interacts with residents with high levels of customer service.
• Ensures property facilities are operational and safe.
• Inspects grounds, buildings, and apartments regularly.
• Implements company policies and procedures.
• Reads and understands financial reports and budgets for the community.
• Understands occupancy metrics and delinquent rent impact.
• Uses financial reports to drive leasing and management decisions.
• Uses metrics to drive results.
