Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations and maintain professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Collect and record rent, update rent roll, and handle cash receipts with timely deposits and ledgers reconciliation.
• Process work requests and ensure timely reporting and filing of administrative documents.
• Show and lease Waterstone Place apartments, applying thorough knowledge of leasing techniques and property rental information.
