Monarch Investment & Management Group is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for Interstate Apartments in South Sioux City, Nebraska. This full-time, on-site role supports the Property Manager to drive occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction.

We value 1+ year of multifamily property management experience, strong leasing and collections skills, and familiarity with Fair Housing. Yardi and MS Office proficiency are preferred, with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong leasing, renewal, and rent collection experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and local regulations.
• Proficient use of Yardi and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing activity to maintain occupancy.
• Maximize lease renewals and resident retention.
• Support and mentor leasing consultants.
• Assist with rent collections and delinquency management.
• Generate reports on renewals and operations.
• Lead leasing efforts when needed.
• Maintain accurate resident files and manage office supplies.
