American Landmark Apartments is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for The Murray in Charlotte, NC. This full-time role supports leasing, resident relations, and staff coordination at a 160-unit community.

You will apply knowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site, manage rent postings, and drive occupancy while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced team environment. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years working in the apartment industry as an Assistant Property Manager.
• Knowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site or similar systems is required.
• Strong customer service experience required.
• A college degree is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving maximum pre-determined marketing results for your community.
• Post rent to the tracking system and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support leasing activities and secure high occupancy.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, interviews, and onboarding with the Property Manager.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and maintain quality service.
• Assist in resident retention initiatives and community events.
