Sandhurst Apartment Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the on-site team across leasing, accounting, marketing, and maintenance programs. You will help manage resident relations, process rents and charges, and prepare weekly and monthly reports for the corporate office.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, can use on-site software, possesses basic computer skills, and is willing to work weekends and holidays.

• Understand and follow safety procedures for company and community.
• Monitor leasing and resident retention.
• Maintain accurate resident records and update rents, deposits, and charges daily.
• Update reports on move-out notices and resident activity; process security deposits and pursue outstanding accounts.
• Perform month-end closings and software procedures.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to the corporate office.
