Job summary

CSC Management - OKC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Oklahoma City, OK to join our growing team and oversee rehab projects, property operations, and staff coordination. You will help maximize occupancy and property values while ensuring tenants are safe and satisfied.

The role involves training staff, enforcing policies, and maintaining detailed records. A background in apartment management and proficiency with Entrata and Microsoft Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience assisting management of apartment properties.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Email, Dropbox, Google Drive, Entrata.
• Knowledge in basic accounting, reading financial statements, and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all rents are collected when due and posted in a timely manner.
• Approve and submit all invoices to corporate office for payment.
• Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and all other laws pertaining to apartments.
• Ensure lease files are complete and that completion of leases is being executed properly.
• Ensure that the office opens on schedule, is clean, and that model apartments are ready for tours and inspections.
