Responsibilities include managing rental collections, attending to resident needs, and filling in for the Business Manager when necessary. The position offers a full-time schedule with competitive pay ranging from $23 to $25 per hour, along with benefits such as medical coverage and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Available Full-time, Monday – Friday from 9 AM – 6 PM.
• Flexibility for after-hours resident events and/or weekends.
• Onsite experience as Assistant Manager or cross-trained Leasing Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Support residents and manage business operations.
• Maintain financial records accurately.
• Foster a supportive work environment.
• Monitor rental collection and ensure timely deposits.
• Fill in for the Business Manager during their absence.
