Job summary

Mobile Loaves & Fishes is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Community First! Village in Austin, TX. The role supports lease compliance, neighbor relations, and the development of systems to keep daily operations running smoothly.

You will supervise PM staff, coordinate with law enforcement and supportive services, and help manage inspections, reports, and policy enforcement in a dynamic, faith-based housing community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in property management, preferably multifamily, affordable, or supportive housing.
• Ability to supervise staff and provide performance evaluations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; maintain professional relationships with partners.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Property Management staff and ensure data accuracy in notices and neighbor files.
• Oversee lease compliance, violations, and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for admin, leasing, and lease compliance functions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and supportive services partners as needed.
• Prepare reports on occupancy, compliance, and trends for the Property Manager.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for community welfare.
