Job summary

Mobile Loaves & Fishes is seeking a Property Management Evening Steward for Community First! Village, Austin, TX. You will supervise after-hours operations, lease compliance, and neighbor care, serving as the key onsite contact Tuesday–Saturday.

Prior property management experience and a valid driver's license are preferred. Responsibilities include accurate records in AppFolio, coordinating with maintenance, and ensuring a safe, respectful community.

Qualifications

• Commitment to resident relations with respectful, clear communication.
• Ability to de-escalate conflicts and support neighbors during emergencies.
• Familiarity with property management procedures and lease compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records in AppFolio including rent collection and leases.
• Communicate rent balances and notices to neighbors.
• Post lease notices and attend staff meetings.
• Respond to maintenance and safety concerns after-hours.
• Manage access control and review camera footage as needed.
• Build positive relationships with neighbors and coordinate with teams.
