Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Fair Housing certification (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in leasing, property management, or related customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Actively support the Property Manager and lead in their absence.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and programs for a well-managed community.
• Manage site staff and supervise vendors as needed.
• Oversee maintenance of resident and property files.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances to management.
• Communicate professionally with prospects, residents, coworkers and vendors.
