Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations of our residential community in Frisco, Texas. You will coordinate leasing activities, handle resident inquiries, and work with the team to maintain high occupancy and service standards.

The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of leasing or property management experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication; ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to tour the community with clients; walk and climb stairs.
• Driver’s license may be required.
• State license or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations including calls, requests, concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist with developing and tracking marketing strategies.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect property for policy violations, repairs and landscaping.
• Additional duties as assigned.
