Job summary

Maloney Properties is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager to join our team at a residential community in the South End, Boston. The portfolio consists of 209 units of affordable housing. Work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include leasing, rent collections, monthly reporting, unit inspections, compliance, and overall office management. Experience in property management is required. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are a must.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management is required.
• COS, C3P or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency is required; knowledge of Yardi is a plus.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
