Real Property Management Assurance in Beaverton seeks an organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This role provides administrative and operational support to the licensed Property Manager, coordinating showings, applications, and lease prep while maintaining professional communication with residents, owners, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management, leasing support, administrative work, billing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently follow through on assignments.
• Experience using a CRM or property management system is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; local property travel required.
• Willingness to learn Oregon property management requirements, fair housing laws, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the licensed Property Manager.
• Communicate professionally with residents, prospective residents, property owners, vendors, and team members.
• Answer incoming phone calls, provide information, take messages, and route calls.
• Schedule showings and coordinate with licensed team members or self-guided options.
• Assist with applications, document collection, and lease preparation under supervision.
• Assist with property inspections and document conditions using approved checklists.
• Coordinate maintenance by relaying information, scheduling, and tracking work.
