Qualifications

• Knowledge of multifamily residential real estate preferred.
• Entry level position with up to 2 years experience.
• Strong tenant service and community management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with focus on tenant retention.
• Manages property in accordance with budget limitations.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and compliance reporting.
• Prepares move-out materials and marketing data in RealPage/Lead2Lease.
• Develops and maintains relationships with residents, owners, and the community.
