Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing operations, resident relations and property operations at our community. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of related leasing or property management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

A high school diploma is required, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Formación

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Flexibility to work weekends and tour the community with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with move out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations including calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist with marketing strategies, advertising and publications.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect the property for policy violations, repairs and landscaping.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
