Job summary

DHA, Housing Solutions for North Texas, seeks an Assistant Property Manager to help manage budgets, oversee contracting and spending, and supervise maintenance staff and the resident services coordinator across our North Texas properties.

You will ensure HUD REAC readiness, lease compliance, and strong resident relations while coordinating services for residents with needs, conducting regular property inspections, and preparing annual operating budgets for the region.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year property management experience or equivalent.
• Certification in Rent Calculation/Public Housing Occupancy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise property operations and act as supervisor for properties with under 200 units.
• Implement preventive maintenance program for systems and structures.
• Re-lease vacant units ensuring occupancy compliance and high-quality upkeep.
