Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring an Assistant Property Manager in Wisconsin. The role focuses on leasing, tenant relations, and property operations across a multi-site residential portfolio.

You will support move-ins/outs, lease renewals, and rent collections while coordinating marketing efforts and site maintenance. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of related leasing or property management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of related leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Ability to tour the community with clients, including stairs.
• May require valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, including phone calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist with marketing strategies, including advertising and promotions.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect the property for policy violations, repairs and landscaping.
