Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in daily operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
• Assist with prospective resident screenings and move-in/move-out processes.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist with leasing activities, such as property tours, lease preparation, and policy compliance.
